Job Overview Our image recognition team is committed to using this emerging technology to provide transformational insights and maximize the value of our technology investment to ensure accurate outlet execution (includes asset utilization, inventory, planogram adherence, pricing and share of visible inventory). In addition, it includes capturing relevant information for influencing ordering and ordering algorithms. This job provides centralized influence and leadership to our field leaders and teams to effectively capture needed imagery and ultimately effectively respond to variances and learnings to maximize our portfolio strength and adherence with our commercial plan. A key accountability will be to build and reinforce training into the teammate onboarding process, implementing pathways for new scenarios, leading live trainings with field teams, creating Market Unit SMEs to coach the field teams, and establishing a reporting cadence to foster accountability to the process. Duties & Responsibilities Administers and manages the processes, communication, and training to support this emerging technology into our total enterprise route-to-market strategies and to enable consistent results. Coordinates with frontline team management with design and execution of Field Training and sustaining programs to ensure tools are effectively adopted and supported. Problem solves for gaps in deployment process, technological capabilities, and change management initiatives. Agile mindset to understand re-prioritization and replanning. Will establish strategy KPIs with cross-functional partners, then monitor for performance gaps to adjust accordingly. Communication with audiences ranging from front-line associates to senior-level leaders. Will represent quantitative results and technical outcomes before a diverse stakeholder audience. Work with cross-functional teammates to deliver actionable and consumable insights that are relevant to shared scorecards that support total enterprise execution, financial, customer, and commercial targets. Supports the integration of this emerging technology into our total enterprise route-to-market strategies, impacting all channels of business. Strategies will support data-based enhancements to the design, selling, and tracking of our Commercial Plans. Understands proper phasing and infrastructure capabilities to advocate/influence for enhancements needed to future-proof our route-to-market approach with AI technology.
