Summary As the TPL Lead (Healthcare Operations Representative), you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring that payments are accurately reviewed, researched, and reconciled. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to timely reporting will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our financial processes. Youll play a key role in responding to inquiries from both internal and external customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. By keeping processes and documentation up to date and working closely with team members and leadership, youll ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your leadership will guide the financial team, supporting both management and staff in daily fiscal work efforts. Your role in our mission:Engage in comprehensive training: Begin with in:office training to gain a thorough understanding of our processes and systems.:Dynamic work environment: Handle diverse tasks such as reviewing payments, reconciling cash receipts, and reporting.:Leadership opportunities: Lead and guide a financial team, ensuring all processes are up to date and supporting daily fiscal operations.:Collaborative efforts: Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve shared goals.:Customer interaction: Provide timely and appropriate responses to inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. What were looking for:Strong written and verbal communication skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for coordinating with team members and responding to customer inquiries.:Excellent multitasking abilities: You should be adept at managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines without compromising quality.:Timeline management: Ability to work within tight timelines to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.:Team leadership and collaboration: Capable of working in and managing a team environment, providing direction, and fostering a cooperative atmosphere.:Self:motivation: A proactive self:starter who can work independently and take initiative.:Relevant experience: 1:3 years of experience with healthcare claims and/or a financial background.:Customer service skills: Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. What you should expect in this role:Regular working hours: Maintain a consistent schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.:Transition to a hybrid work model: After successful completion of training, you may have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.:Technology requirements: As this is a hybrid position, youll need to meet specific technology requirements. We provide all necessary equipment, but you must have a minimum internet speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload to support remote work effectively.LI:HYBRID LI:JT1 LI:CM1 The pay range for this position is43,800.00:62,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job:related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
