ANERROWS LLC, We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.Service Calls: Respond to emergency maintenance requests and service calls in a timely manner.System Upgrades: Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.Documentation: Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, including explaining system issues and solutions to clients.Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a commercial setting.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or associate degree in HVAC or a related field preferred.Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams; strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks over extended periods.Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced certifications such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence).Experience with building automation systems (BAS).Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC solutions and practices.Pay and Benefits: $30-$65401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePowered by JazzHR
