Growing Commercial HVAC company is hiring a Service Manager to be part of their team! We are looking for someone with commercial HAVC service and repair experience to lead and support our technicians, and an integral part of our management team! Be part of a growing team the supports each other and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our employees and customers. Never a dull moment! Position: HVAC Service Manager Pay: $85,000 to $95,000 salary + incentive bonus Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm What we have offer / Benefits: Unlimited opportunities for growth and upward mobility Stable and growing company Leadership training Medical & Dental insurance 70% company paid for employee and dependents Vision insurance 401K with 3% company match Paid vacation 7 Paid holidays + flex days $50,000 Life insurance policy Paid milage + fuel card Company cell phone Company laptop Paid training for NATE Certifications and licensing Essential Job Function: Excels with communication with technicians and customers Daily scheduling and dispatching technicians Organizing all service calls on the board Quote / estimate repairs and create parts list Scheduling repairs and ordering equipment needed for jobs Scheduling and organize maintenance Notifying customers of maintenance and repairs Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs Managing gross profit goals for Service department and customer maintenance agreements Using Excel daily Supporting tech with any issues with service and customers Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 5 + years of Commercial HVAC experience St. Louis County Journeyman's License desired Management experience Repair and estimating experience Understand systems for both project and maintenance agreements Computer skills Thrive in a busy team-oriented office Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills High school diploma or equivalent HVAC AA Degree desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment manager, service manager, supervisor, service supervisor, leader, service leader, hvac manager, hvac service manager, self motivated manager, head department manager, department manager, vp of service, division manager, division leader
