Description:
National Cart Company, seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment to join our team. This position is essential to supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage all aspects of the recruitment process to include all onboarding paperwork. They will also manage general HR duties while collaborating with department heads and temp services to meet workforce needs. Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles in the manufacturing sector to include Hourly and Salaried roles.- Develop job descriptions, post open positions, and manage recruitment platforms.- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.- Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System with candidate and employee information.- Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.- Contribute to HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.- Participate in HR projects, including training and development programs. Qualifications -Knowledge of emerging recruitment technologies and trends.-Proficiency in recruitment marketing tools and familiarity with social recruiting strategies.-Experience with high-volume recruiting and workforce planning for a manufacturing environment.-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-1 -2 years of experience as an Recruiter with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment in the manufacturing industry.- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruiting software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Knowledge of emerging recruitment technologies and trends.-Proficiency in recruitment marketing tools and familiarity with social recruiting strategies.- Experience with high-volume recruiting and workforce planning for a manufacturing environment.
