We offer competitive compensation, career growth opportunities, and a supportive work culture that recognizes and rewards your achievements.If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for hospitality, apply now and join our exceptional team!Responsibilities * This role ensures that all departments, including the front office, F&B, housekeeping, enngineering, and laundry facility operate efficiently and guest-centric while meeting the properties standards and goals * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent guest service and resolving any issues * Manage and coordinate hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations * Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement * Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication * Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operationsQualifications * Bachelor's degree or 4 years management experience in a full service hotel in rooms division or related discipline * Time management and negotiation skills * Ability to manage and lead each department in accordance with employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction * Prior cash handling experience necessary * Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members * Read, write and speak English fluentlyBenefitsDavidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
