BCForward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 5+ MonthsJob Type: ContractPay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and jobresponsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,etc.).We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Contract Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced financial acumen, and a proven track record of driving strategic decision-making through financial analysis.Employee Relations:* Ensure workplace concerns are addressed timely and resolved fairly in accordance with relevant laws, policies and procedures.* Partner with Compliance & Integrity and Legal to ensure Ethics Line issues are handled prudently, while mitigating risk to the organization. This includes partnering with Compliance on investigations when appropriate.* Provide coaching to leaders on the Performance Improvement Process, offering support from start to finish.
