Employbridge Search Group is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Business Partner in the Box Elder County, Utah area. The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for performing HR functions, aligning business objectives and creating partnerships within a distribution center setting. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to business management (recruiting, on-boarding, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)? * Partner with management to provide HR guidance as needed in the distribution center * Serve as a critical link between workforce and business model * Maximize workforce analytics to execute HR dashboards, reports and employee engagement surveys to identify HR trends * Drive initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention * Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting effective,?thorough,?and objective investigations * Provide guidance and input on restructures, workforce planning, organizational design and succession planning * Engage in performance management process to ensure internal talent development, and identifying and addressing gaps * Evaluate and monitor training programs and to ensure objectives are achieved * Leverage workforce analytics to execute HR dashboards, ad hoc reports, and employee engagement surveys to identify HR trends * Integrate and partner with department leadership to implement solutions for employees * Maintain a strong knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and laws related to day-to-day employees, reducing risks and ensuring compliance * Resource of multiple human resources disciplines, including employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws * Navigate and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices and the administrative practices related to those factors * Full cycle recruiting, conducting interviews, onboarding documentation and new hire training * Partner with warehouse operations and local staffing firms to ensure the staffing and on-boarding processes for the facility are achieved * Oversee open enrollment processes, ensuring accurate communication and enrollment in benefits * Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation * Execute separation/exit conversations, as needed * Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in related field, a plus * 2 plus years of Human Resources Business Partner experience? * 3 plus years of experience of employee relations and resolving issues * 2 plus years distribution experience, preferred * SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred * Project management and change management experience * Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal. * Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems or related software * Bilingual: English and Spanish
