Instrumental Group, one of the top Elite HubSpot Partner agencies, is seeking a dynamic HubSpot Success Manager to lead our clients through the onboarding and training processes of HubSpot software. This is your chance to help clients maximize their HubSpot investment through expert training, coaching, and essential software configuration. You will focus on the successful deployment of HubSpot's Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, guiding clients in crafting effective strategies and executing them seamlessly within the platform. Your experience with HubSpot and inbound marketing strategies will be key to your success in this role. As a HubSpot Success Manager, you will ensure our clients experience a smooth and timely onboarding process. Your ability to communicate inbound best practices and provide clear how-to instructions will be crucial. You'll interact directly with clients, guiding them on a journey to fully understand how to leverage HubSpot for their growth. In This Role, You’ll Have the Opportunity To: Training: Serve as the lead advisor for clients, managing their onboarding journey and helping them achieve their HubSpot objectives. Define future processes and customer journeys that facilitate effective HubSpot implementation. Provide ongoing training to ensure user adoption and proficiency. Support: Utilize account management techniques to nurture and maintain supportive client relationships. Execute support requests within HubSpot efficiently. Monitor and assist with HubSpot configurations, sales and marketing activities, campaign setups, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption. Offer change management support to help clients adapt smoothly. Strategy: Assess clients' marketing and sales needs, current tech stack, and business goals to determine their ideal onboarding approach. Consult with clients to prioritize tasks for upcoming work periods. Drive renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and enhancements. We’re Looking for Individuals Who: Have a genuine passion for HubSpot, with 2-4 years of experience in the platform. Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations. Thrive on helping others learn and achieve their goals. Can manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Have significant experience with the inbound marketing methodology. Are creative problem solvers, always seeking innovative solutions for client needs. Handle pressure and deadlines with poise and efficiency. Work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic. Recognize unique opportunities to add value and are eager to learn and grow. Excel at prioritization and balancing various tasks effectively. Are dedicated to client success and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
