The company operates ten manufacturing facilities in eight states. This position is located in Mount Airy, NC. Relocation will not be provided. You have a keen eye for detail using a solution driven approach to your work with an understanding of applications administration. Position Snapshot As our HR Systems Administrator, you’ll be the linchpin in overseeing our HRM systems . Your role involves ensuing seamless operations, troubleshooting system issues and enhancing functionality as upgrades become available. You’ll collaborate with various departments to support data integrity, system upgrades and be a stakeholder in HR technology strategy. To be successful in this role you will: Manage HRMS issues from initial reporting to resolution collaborating with stakeholders from across the organization. Collaborate with leadership and HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements; develops, recommends, tests and implements solutions. Partner with IS to manage timing and implementation of system and module upgrades. Compile and/or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for leadership and HR teams. Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRMS design and implementation projects. Maintain approved job descriptions within the HRMS. Assist with the development of job descriptions as needed. Requirements and Education: Professional, technical or administrative training or certification.
