Braum's has an immediate opening for a person to help support our HR and Payroll functions. This position is responsible for a variety of duties relating to both areas. The hours will be Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is based on experience. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: nn Data entry for personnel file updates to the HR/PR systemn Assist HR and Payroll staff with daily mail, report distribution, etc.n Participate in bi-weekly payroll processingn Assist in the scanning process for any personnel documents not received electronicallyn Field phone calls for HR and/or Payroll mattersn Monitor/maintain job postings on Braum's Careers page as neededn Assist with other tasks as needed by the HR Director, HR Coordinator and Payroll Manager High School Diploma or equivalentn Excellent written/verbal customer service and communication skillsn Attention to detail/accuracyn Proficient with Excel and Wordn Must maintain confidentiality in all personnel mattersn Must be a self-starternn Benefits available: n Medical, Dental and Vision Care programsn 401(k) Program with company matchn Paid vacations and holidaysn Product discounts at Braum's stores n Braum's is an Equal Opportunity Employerrnrn2024-1256For more details: https://jobs-search.org/administration_oklahoma-city-c443983/hrpayroll-generalist-oklahoma-city_i2389956897
