Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staff: • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staff needs and manage the recruitment process. Onboarding and Offboarding: • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.• Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including final paperwork. Benefits Administration: • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.• Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues. Compliance and Record-Keeping: • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Training and Development: • Support the development and delivery of employee training programs.• Assist in identifying training needs and career development opportunities. HR Projects and Initiatives: • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR processes.• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
