Moses Lake Community Health Center Full Time $70,900 - $101,400 AnnuallyDescriptionThe Human Resources Generalist for Recruitment is responsible for the effective recruitment and hiring practices of the organization. They hold a vital role in building and sustaining strong relationships with the hiring managers and those that apply for positions at MLCHC. The position includes developing relevant, creative and forward-thinking recruitment strategies, performing interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified applicants. The generalist works in close partnership with leadership to build and maintain strong, effective relationships to gain an understanding of each department's unique operations, challenges, and needs. Responsible for effective recruitment practices Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies utilizing web-based and social media resources Coordinate social media recruitment campaigns in partnership with the marketing department and develop and manage other passive candidate sourcing methods Support hiring managers in the development or updating of job descriptions; ensure that job descriptions are organized, stored, and archived properly; conduct annual review of job descriptions to ensure accuracy and relevancy Support hiring managers with assessing candidates and facilitating candidate selection Coordinate all aspects of the interview process which includes effectively communicating pre-interview processes to candidate, preparing pre-screening assessment, references, and present a complete interview package to the hiring team prior to interview Prepare and coordinate all aspects of the hiring process including employment offers and other relevant employment documents Assist CHRO with professional recruitment as needed Steward the onboarding program for new employees following established processes and ensuring an engaged and effective experience; administer feedback survey and analyze results; and track completion of activities. Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and other stakeholders involved in the onboarding process. Responsible for accurate management of positions and employee information in HR software systems (UKG, HRIS) for recruiting and new employees RequirementsPossesses general work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a "business school (non BA/BS)" or "associates degree" type program.Human Resource Generalist certification is required and 3 years Human Resources experience.
