Housekeeping Location: The Cove at 47th - Cape Coral, FL Primary Responsibilities * Cleans all common areas, and make-ready apart homes. * Vacuums, dust, and sweeps all common area floor areas including hallways. * Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms including toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers * Cleans and maintains model apartment homes. * Keeps all common areas and vacant apartments fresh and odorless. Qualifications & Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality or similar environment is a plus. * Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
