Proud of its tradition of Midwestern hospitality, the hotel is considered the top choice for everything from accommodation to celebrations and corporate events in the city.Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our Rooms division team to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience. * Be a part of a Five Star Five Diamond luxury brand* Work with a busy, fast paced environment* Sick time per Chicago Sick policy Key Accountabilities:* Responsible for all assigned guest room floor cleaning, replenish supplies, amenities, linens per specification and trained guidelines* Maintain professionalism at all times* Report all maintenance issues to designation person and contact* Report all lost and found items as trained* Identify incomplete tasks by doing a complete walk through of room* Complete floor check at assigned time* Ensure cleanliness of supplies* Accountable for assigned supplies, keys, hub and return.
