Job description We are currently looking to fill our night audit position at the Comfort Suites Marysville, located at 1081 Lydia Drive. This a night position during the hours of 11pm to 7am. Responsibilities: ~Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile and friendly demeanor~Assist guests with check in and check out procedures~Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests~Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas~Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the night~Handle any guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency~Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations during the night shift Requirements: ~Excellent customer skills~Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure~strong communication and interpersonal skills~Attention to detail and ability to multitask~Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required Perks: Competitive hourly wage~Opportunities for growth within the Company~Discounted rates for stays at Choice Hotels for you and your family~Holiday pay - Dental, vision, and life insurance If you are a reliable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you!
