Hospice Account Executive/Liaison Location: Tucson, AZ Full-Time, Excellent Benefits! 75,000-90,000 with Bonus Potential Dependable Health Services of Tucson is seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive/Liaison to join our team. If you have exceptional marketing skills, and proven success in developing loyal referral sources, but feel underappreciated in your current situation...we would love to discuss the Dependable difference. We have a strong team of clinicians and a supportive management team who will ensure that all of your referrals get admitted, no games are allowed here. Our compensation package is commensurate with the caliber of the professional we are looking for. We are a patient-focused, collaborative team who enjoys working together to achieve success. Position function and responsibilities: Directs all daily marketing operations. Establishment and implementation of marketing/sales initiatives. Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan. Provides expertise in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for additional or improved services. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources. Community outreach efforts to ensure Agency is known as a high-quality provider of services. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of the local market conditions. Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Qualified candidates will possess the following: An associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but proven success may substitute for education. At least one (1) year of experience in Home Health marketing, in the Phoenix area is required. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, creativity and flexibility in performing job responsibilities. #IND3
