Responsibilities: • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM• Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to discuss their roofing needs• Educate potential customers about our roofing services and benefits• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing our company• Keep detailed records of interactions and potential leads Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred• Experience using a CRM is preferred• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Confident and outgoing personality• Access to reliable transportation• Comfortable with making cold calls and approaching potential customers• Basic computer skills to record information accurately Compensation: $90,000 - $160,000 yearly About Company: Smith Roofing is a well-established Roofing and exterior contractor in Northeast Indiana.
