Company Overview Families Choice Home Care is the premier non-medical home care agency in the Inland Empire, providing a wide range of in-home care services. Families Choice Home Care is a locally-owned and operated company and is passionate about serving seniors and those in need. Job Summary We are looking to hire a full time scheduler for our growing home care company in Upland. This position is not a remote position. We are in the office M-F from 8:30pm to 5pm. Responsibilities and Duties Scheduling of Clients & Caregivers Finding replacement caregivers for last minute call offs Answering phone calls Provide assistance as needed with recruitment Must be able to follow instructions to complete work as assigned. Ability to maintain confidentiality about clients receiving agency services. Qualifications and Skills Scheduling Experience Preferred Office Experience Excellent communication skills required (via phone, email, text) Ability to be personable Patience Ability to work under pressure Computer skills required (Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly Benefits and Perks Paid sick time Paid Holidays Medical Benefits 401k Aflac benefits available Schedule is full time Monday-Friday Pay starts between $20 - $21 Families Choice is a Home Care Pulse Employer of Choice, Provider of Choice and is a Caring.com star award recipient.
