Job Descriptionn n Our caregivers are Care Professionals. They provide an invaluable service to aging adults. We encourage our Care Professionals to foster genuine relationships with the seniors in our community while providing compassionate care to help keep clients healthy, safe, and happy at home.nn We support you by:n n Getting qualified candidates access to work quicklyn Providing 24/7 on the job supportn Giving you up-to-date information on your clients' needs with our industry-leading appnnCaregiver Pay & Benefits:n n $14.00-15.00/hr - weekly pay & direct depositn Opportunity to earn an additional $2/hour for eligible shiftsn $1,000 caregiver signing bonus after working 60 hours in your first 30 daysn Paid holidays at 1.5x your raten Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, based on eligibility*n 401k matching, based on eligibility*n $700 caregiver referral program*n Paid leave, overtime, and paid trainingn Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits)n Cell phone reimbursementn n Applicant Requirements:n n Must have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RNn Must have two professional referencesn Available for 15+ hours per week during high-volume care hours (7 AM - 10 PM)n Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)n Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulationsn Use the Honor Care Pro App and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Androidnn Caregiver Responsibilities:n n Provide companionship and conversationn Meal preparation and medication remindersn 1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressingnn Hours: Full-time, part-timen________nn 94% of our Care Pros say they have the tools to do their job well.nn-Honor Care Professional Survey, February, 2022n n
