Job Title : Helpdesk Technician Location : Miami, FL - On Site 5 Days/Week Wage Range: 30-34 depending on years of experience and qualifications Job Number: 24-00966 Job Description: Our client, a global bank, has an immediate opening for a Helpdesk Technician to work 5 days/week from their Miami, FL location. The Help Desk Technician will be assigned to provide services to Help Desk for the international bank with skills and activities that include but are not limited to:1: Install, configure and provide ongoing support for desktop computers, Laptops, iPhone's, iPad's, Printers, peripherals and software.2: Ensure that desktop computer are networked and interconnect with Active Directory, File/Print servers, Internet Access, etc.3: User information Backup and recovery4: Perform ticket documentation using the Platform of Service Now, Follow-Up and closure for all User-HelpDesk interactions.5: Diagnostics and support for telephone systems.6: Support MS Office 365, Microsoft Intune in order to manage the Mobile Devices (iPhone and iPads).7: Support and assist remote user's connecting using the new VPN connections.
