Key Responsibilities: Develop SLAs and policies for problem resolution Manage incoming requests and track trends in help desk activities Train, coach, and mentor help desk technicians Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with strong customer service background Minimum of 2 years of management experience Experience with Microsoft365, Azure, AWS, Genesys Cloud, and Salesforce Basic networking knowledge to support desktop issues
