BOBCAT HAS TECHNICIAN JOBS AVAILABLE Bobcat of Cape Cod - Bobcat of South Shore Benefits: Total Compensation Package: Up to $1,120 - $1,600 per week Minimum 2.5 hours OT pay per week additional OT as warranted by workload Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Closed on weekends Benefits Enrollment: Eligibility is 1st of the month following 30 days of employment 100% company-paid health insurance for employees AND family coverage Health deductible: company pays the first $3,000/$6,000 of deductible Dental: 75% company-paid dental insurance Voluntary vision: employee paid Life insurance/AD&D: 100% company-paid 401(k) Retirement Plan: 100% company match up to 4% of annual salary Paid Time Off (PTO): Start accruing on hire date - up to 2 weeks in the first year PTO accrual: increased at years one, three, and five Paid holidays (8) and floating holidays (1 - 2) Training: Paid Bobcat instructor-led training Boot allowance Employee discount Company employee luncheons with the community's first responders Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of construction equipment, trucks, or vehicles Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems Solid computer skills for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, crouching, and other related physical activities Basic tool inventory Satisfactory results of a criminal background check Ability to write a detailed job story About Baystate Equipment Bobcat of Cape Cod and South Shore is an authorized Bobcat-- dealership serving the Bourne and Bridgewater areas.
