SUMMARY This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who excels in technical leadership and has astrong background in software development and architecture. As a Lead Software Engineer, you willguide a team of engineers, contribute to the design and implementation of software systems, andensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your role will involve code review, projectmanagement, and fostering a collaborative team environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and support toensure successful project delivery.• Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, focusing on scalability,reliability, and performance.• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, identify potentialissues, and ensure adherence to best practices.• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, estimatetimelines, and prioritize tasks.• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, actively participating in the development andimplementation of software solutions.• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encourage knowledge sharing, andpromote continuous learning and improvement.• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, APIspecifications, and development guidelines.• Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions toensure system stability and performance.• Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, leveraging thisknowledge to drive innovation within the team. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degreepreferred).• Proven experience (8+ years) as a software engineer, with a strong background in softwaredevelopment and architecture.• Experience in the healthcare domain.• Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar, and proficiency inmodern web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js).• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerizationtechnologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers.Experience with Agile development methodologies, continuous integration/continuousdeployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and DevOps practices.• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-qualitysoftware solutions.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and meetproject deadlines.Powered by JazzHR
