A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Care Coordinator-Project Based (100% Remote Maryland). Key Responsibilities: Utilize benefits verification tools and electronic healthcare record systems to locate benefits and process claims Make outbound calls to doctors' offices, insurance companies, and patients to facilitate medication processing Handle incoming and outgoing calls while empathizing with patients and discussing therapy changes Required Qualifications: Must be 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of healthcare insurance and prescription dispensing requirements is a plus Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette Full-time schedule availability to meet business needs, including weekends Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check
