About the Opportunity The Health Support Aide has an important role within the health care team and will work in the emergency department waiting rooms to check on and talk to patients, bring them blankets and food, and make them more comfortable. They will also be responsible for communicating to staff when patient support arrives. HSA will also direct patients to appropriate waiting areas as directed by licensed staff.
