We've crafted a culture where everybody, from all backgrounds, can be themselves and bring their true self to work.The Head of Marketing, Lung Cancer is based in the greater Washington DC area in the Gaithersburg, MD office and is accountable for all aspects of US marketing strategy and execution for an asset anticipated to launch in the near-to-medium term. This position will manage a team of marketers and will play a key role in building the marketing team for this medicine. Additionally, the Head of Marketing will partner with cross-functional collaborators including colleagues from the Global, Sales, Medical, Diagnostics, Commercial Operations, Managed Markets, and Corporate Affairs functions. Additionally, this leader will be a key member of the Lung Cancer franchise leadership team and play a meaningful role in crafting the overall strategy and culture of the franchise. What You'll Do: Lead the commercial marketing strategy and execution for the brand, across all indications. Lead the development of overarching HCP and consumer marketing strategies and tactics, the creation of brand strategy plans, launch plans, and competitive readiness plans. Monitor and diagnose brand performance and lead business updates to senior leadership, following launch. Serve as US representative in internal labeling discussions and in planning for lifecycle strategy. Lead pre-launch forecasting work and post launch forecasting and performance updates. Develop and deliver key brand presentations to leadership and the field organization. Lead, mentor, and develop a team as well impact a broad team of cross-functional colleagues. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 10+ years' of proven experience in pharmaceutical industry with substantial experience in in-line brand marketing, demonstrating strong market delivery, with critical metric movement or adjustments Experience working across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal, HCP, Patient) Exhibit experience and capability to work in cross functional environment, motivating and aligning critical thinking across functional areas including sales, medical, PR, access, training, global Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely communicate sophisticated constructs Comprehensive understanding of drug development and commercialization process Experience leading and developing in-line marketing teams Preferred Qualifications: MBA Experience in US oncology marketing Customer facing Oncology experience.
