**Job Overview:**We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment. **Duties:**- Conduct repairs on equipment such as furniture, doors, and windows.- Assemble and install fixtures such as shelves, curtains and cabinets.- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times.- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out.- Ability to work on ladders- Good Carpentry skills- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.- Excellent knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing.- Ability to work with power and hand tools- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and other staff professionally- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to set timelines and standards- Ability to work flexibly and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the facility.- Physical dexterity and ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting- Prep work areas to contain dust and construction area clean (shoe covers, masking tape, plastic and drop cloths. **Absolute must:**- Teamwork and Professionalism with company staff as well as professionalism with clients.- Have your own personal truck, tools, current valid driver's license and smartphone- Must be able to pass background check. **Benefits:**- Phone stipend $40/$50/month- Fast growing company- Stocked vehicle- Uniforms provided- Gas card
