The ideal candidate will have expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling, and will be dedicated to providing high-quality services in a professional and friendly environment.Key Responsibilities: Hair Cutting: Perform various haircuts, including trims, layers, and precision cuts, based on client preferences and current trends.Hair Coloring: Apply hair coloring techniques, including highlights, lowlights, and full-color treatments, while ensuring optimal color results and client satisfaction.Hair Styling: Create a range of hairstyles for different occasions, including everyday looks, formal styles, and special events.Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired outcomes. Provide professional advice and recommendations.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest hair care products and tools. Recommend and sell products to clients based on their hair type and needs.Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon equipment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and positive salon experience. Address client concerns and feedback professionally. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of haircuts, coloring, and styling techniques.Licensing: Valid cosmetology license (state-specific).Skills: Proficient in various cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Ability to stay current with industry trends and techniques.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing outstanding client service and satisfaction.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other salon staff and contribute to a positive team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Certifications: Specialized certifications in advanced hair cutting or coloring techniques.Experience: Additional years of experience in a salon setting.
