Harper May is exclusively partnering with a real estate company. They are presently in search of an experienced Group Reporting Analyst to join their Finance team. This company is at the forefront of the real estate sector and is poised for rapid expansion. The selected candidate will be based at the company's headquarters in Central London and will work closely with the Group Reporting Manager to promote the growth and improvement of the financial team. Key responsibilities: Gather and organise financial data from all accounting departments Compile and analyse financial reports and find discrepancies that require senior management’s attention Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports Actively be visible to the group functions, acting as the conduit between the business and the global finance team, giving the business first class support Preparation of monthly reporting files. Some Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations. Set-out of the TBs for review. P&L & BS analysis and commentary. Support Group Reporting Manager. Qualifications and experience: Part Qualified Finalist / Newly Qualified accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA3+ experience of working in a finance role Strong presentation, analytical skills, people management, communication and organisation skills Self motivator, problem solver, provide recommendations and solutions to challenges.
