At Seneca, we produce seeds, harvest crops, manufacture our own containers and provide a wide range of nutritious fruit and vegetable products.Group Lead - Warehouse Seneca Foods in Clyman, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Warehouse Oriented Group Lead to join our team. Responsible for the coordination of second shift activities to achieve compay goals in safety, costs, quality, service, people, and the environment. Responsibilities:* Assist in the organization of work crews.* Direct and supervise the accurate and timely completion of all departmental records relating to the plant & warehouse processes.* Ensure that all employees are properly trained in company policies and safety.* Communicate with Plant Supervisor regarding all operations on the production lines & warehouse.* Direct daily line coverage and control product flow.* Assist in maintaining monthly budgets.* Responsible for housekeeping of the general work area.* Observe all Company work, safety and GMP policies and procedures.* Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. Qualifications:* Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.* Good oral and written communication skills.* Ability to make quick decisions, organized, and attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work in a team environment and lead and train personnel.* 1 to 3 years in experience in an industrial setting.* Requires a minimum of a High School Education or equivalent.
