They encourage individuals with diverse experiences to apply.The Government Investigations and White-Collar Defense Practice Group is looking for an associate to join their Boston, MA office.The team is highly skilled in counseling, investigating, defending, and litigating all forms of government inquiries. They represent clients nationwide, managing matters from the investigation and grand jury stages through trial and, if necessary, appeal and collateral proceedings. They provide comprehensive services to individuals and organizations that receive civil investigative demands, subpoenas, or any other requests for information from federal prosecutors, state prosecutors, or investigative agencies.In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is $225,000 - $275,000. Job Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong writing and analytical skills and will have completed a clerkship. Demonstrated written advocacy experience in the defense of government investigations, government enforcement litigation, and related complex civil fraud litigation is preferred. Massachusetts State Bar admission is required. Strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services. Powered by JazzHR
