Finch Turf, a leading John Deere Golf Course and Sports Turf dealership, is seeking an In-house Golf & Sports Turf Equipment Service Technician for their shop in Avon, MA. Perform scheduled maintenance. Overhaul and test major components. Complete documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders. Utilize equipment operating manuals, schematics, and drawings. Diagnose and identify malfunctions. Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn parts. Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment. Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager. Compensation & Benefits: Pay Range: $25.00-$32.00 per hour with earning potential of $40.00 + per hour with bonus and incentives.
