Our client is seeking a highly motivated associate to join their Corporate Trust Team within the Global Finance Practice Group, based in Boston, MA office. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate finance, structured finance, real estate finance, commercial finance, securities, or public finance. Strong financial, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and engage in direct client contact. Responsibilities: Engage in a diverse and dynamic practice, including: Origination of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other asset-backed securities. Corporate bonds. Specialty finance.
