We are a family-owned electrical contractor specializing in generators, residential service work, and remodels, as well as light commercial service work in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and the surrounding areas for over 10 years. Currently, we have an immediate need for a Generator Maintenance Mechanic who is responsible for conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various types of generators. Perform oil changes, repairs and replacements of parts. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Provide clients with professionalism and attention to detail for a positive experience. Benefits: Medical benefits (50% employee-covered) Dental coverage Vision coverage Retirement Plan with up to 3% company match Six Paid Holidays PTO that's usable after 90 days Phone, iPad, Uniform and Bonuses Work Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as required Compensation: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience Required Qualifications: 1-5 years of generator installation and service experience Must have own tools Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, work in the attic, and climb a ladder Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Preferred Qualifications: Kohler generator certification Generac generator certification Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical principles Work Exposer: High risk of electrical shock Extreme weather conditions Excessive precarious conditions Candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment maintenance technician, entry level service technician, hvac jobs, hvac tech, hvac technician, ac technician, duct, A/C, AC, heat, boiler
