Job DescriptionJob Description*** We bring tomorrow's opportunity, today!***Volt is immediately hiring multiple General Laborers with Corteva at our Worthington, IN location! As a General Laborer you will: Receive and process trucks hauling crop from the field for weighing and unloading. Complete a wide range of harvest activities: ex.: husk and sort operations Operate dryer to dry crop within the prescribed safety, quality, and financial requirements Label, tag, bag and palletize seed Inspect pro boxes to ensure they are free of debris and clean Wash pro boxes as necessary This is a full-time contract position. 12-hour shifts. 42-60 hrs a week. General Laborers must meet the following requirements for consideration: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse / production experience. Ability to consistently lift 40-50 pounds. Ability to regularly stand, sit, reach motion with arms and hands, twisting at the waist, stooping, and ability to talk and hear. Comfortable with heights. Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements.Pay Rate: $19.50 + $2 Shift differential! Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
