- Full-time permanent position- Part of large 100+ physician multispecialty group practice- Robust referral base from 60+ primary care physicians- NextGen EMR- Very light shared call less than 1:4- Outpatient-only, though arrangements for inpatient can be made if desired- Employed W2 position with initial income guarantee-RVU-based compensation + quality bonus + patient satisfacton bonus- Full benefits- Occurrence-based malpractice (no need for tail)- 5 weeks PTO- Great location in the suburbs south of Washington DC- Excellent schools, safe growing community, affordable housing options- J1 candidates considered
