As the General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of The Pack Labs, spearheading all aspects of our operations to ensure unparalleled efficiency and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll drive strategic initiatives, optimize supply chains, and oversee manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering the company towards continued success in the dynamic hemp-derived cannabinoid market. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operational functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of company objectives. Drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Develop and execute strategies for efficient warehouse operations and supply chain management, ensuring cost-effective procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, driving innovation and process improvements across all functions. Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Manage a wide variety of SKUs effectively, ensuring accurate inventory management and fulfillment to meet customer demands. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all operational activities. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and empower teams to achieve goals and drive results. Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance requirements is a plus. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary in the range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonus structure.
