The ideal candidate will have proficiency in handling a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, premises liability, general negligence, property damage, construction, personal injury, Michigan No-Fault, Third Party Commercial Auto Liability, and Network Transportation Claims. This role requires excellent research, legal writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to independently manage litigation cases and client relationships. Duties:Independently handle litigation matters such as commercial litigation, premises liability, general negligence, property damage, construction, and personal injury.Manage Michigan No-Fault, Third Party Commercial Auto Liability, and Network Transportation Claims.Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.Take and defend depositions.Argue motions in court.Conduct legal research and analysis.Manage client relations and case management responsibilities. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan and in good standing.3-5 years of experience in transportation law and litigation practice.Strong proficiency in Michigan No-Fault, Third Party Commercial Auto Liability, and Network Transportation Claims.Experience in all aspects of litigation, including motion practice and courtroom advocacy.Excellent research, legal brief writing, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Skills:Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship management.Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan.
