Job Summary: We are looking for a general laborer with a current CDL license to work on a construction crew and haul material, previous construction experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to read a tape measure, use hand tools such as drills, etc., and able to lift 50 lbs. Looking for a person with a great work ethic, good attitude, and an ability to follow directions. Perform general physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects. Load and unload material and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and vehicles. Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Other job-related responsibilities as assigned. Required skills and qualifications: Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License), must be able to drive manual truck. Physical ability and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Good communication skills. Prior experience in construction or a related field, a plus.
