Maverick Solutions is seeking a passionate and results-driven Fundraising and Development Associate to join our team. As a Fundraising and Development Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our fundraising efforts and developing relationships with donors and partners. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in nonprofit development and fundraising to make a significant impact. Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and initiatives to achieve revenue goals. Research and identify prospective donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities. Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors through personalized communication and stewardship. Coordinate donor communications, including acknowledgments, newsletters, and fundraising appeals. Assist in organizing fundraising events, including logistics, attendee management, and follow-up. Prepare grant proposals, reports, and presentations for foundation and corporate donors. Maintain accurate donor records and database management to ensure effective donor stewardship. Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising materials and promote fundraising activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, or related field preferred. Previous experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or related roles is advantageous but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Passion for nonprofit work, philanthropy, and making a positive impact in the community. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
