Full-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - * Mon-Fri -8a-5p with varied evening hours * No weekends! * LSW, LCSW, or LPC required About Berkshire: Founded in 1994, Berkshire Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Services, P.C. is a clinically integrated association of experienced, compassionate mental and behavioral health professionals working collaboratively to provide a comprehensive network of psychiatric and psychological services.Berkshire Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Services is a part of the Haven Behavioral Healthcare system of services. -Haven operates acute-care psychiatric hospitals and outpatient practices across the United States that offer a full continuum of care for anyone dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues, from young adults to seniors. -Our mission is to treat every patient with the compassion and respect that we would treat our own families and to provide the kind of behavioral healthcare that patients recommend to their families and friends and referring physicians prefer for their patients.Position Summary: Assesses and evaluates assigned patients. Conducts individual, family, and/or group therapy. Functions as the primary contact for treatment and related communication Promotes implementation of therapeutic, recovery oriented, trauma informed services. Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility & program policies and procedures.
