We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hands-on Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. Your role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills. Compensation: Salary range commensurate upon experience: $56,000+ Responsibilities: Prepare and process weekly and biweekly timesheets and payroll for all departments Manage/Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile cash, bank accounts, and revenues daily Maintain an accurate general ledger Create journal entries for all accounts Run weekly, month-end, YTD reports as needed. Remit payroll, income, sales, and use taxes Track and log expenses Perform month-end closings Prepare and maintain attendance, PTO, and vacation calendars Perform employment verification Maintain health insurance and employee benefit program Qualifications: Must be based in Orlando, Florida Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role Expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and payroll processes Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Familiarity with HR Database, Pinnacle is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of multi-state tax compliance a plus Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and Disability Insurance Company contributed Term Life Insurance Paid Holidays and Vacation 401k plan Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Call to Action: For consideration, please send your resume to: XXXX@gmail.com
