Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and pack customer merchandise and shipping orders all over the world Navigate through aisles and storage racks to retrieve items efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completness of every order Verify product details, quantitles, and quality before packing to ensure customer satisfaction Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets What We're Looking For: High energy and a positive attitude Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift Full-time, first-shift availability M-F Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required Perks and Benefits: Competitive hourly wage ($16.00 - $17.00) with opportunities for overtime during our busy season 2 weeks of Paid Time Off and 6 company-paid holidays Robust benefits package including opportunities to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance Employee discounts on our amazing equestrian products Ready to Ride with Us?
