Role: FSG UK Relationship Manager Location: London This role is being offered on a Full Time basis. : Are you interested in supporting customers in difficulty and identifying appropriate strategies to resolve challenging situations?Can you take an impartial approach to reconciling a range of views on economic forecasts and business fundamentals?Are you comfortable holding difficult conversations with customers to identify potential issues? About the Role: The role is within a team of 5+ supporting borrowers in financial distress and requiring a range of support, from basic monitoring of Key Performance Indicators right through to intensive restructuring, developing strategies for future recovery or other resolution activities. The team support customers from a range of sectors, with exposures of : GBP 5m. Key Responsibilities Include: : To manage a portfolio of impaired or at risk Commercial and Mid: market Corporate borrowers. customer, industry and financial structuring knowledge to devise bespoke restructuring solutions for customers in difficulty;To implement appropriate case strategies to rehabilitate borrowers and / or manage our financial position (in terms of loss / recovery). : credit analysis to support recommendations and progress through internal decision: making processes including presenting to Credit Committee;To develop and maintain a strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory rules / concepts;To ensure robust risk : management of portfolio cases pre / during and post restructuring;Exhibiting strong relationship management skills, providing effective customer service to rehabilitate back to financial health. : Manage credit risk and ensure relevant policies and procedures are followed. : Demonstrate drive and commitment to continuously improve performance, prioritise and deliver reliably in support of individual and Team targets.
