Front-End Engineer Position description Swarmbotics is looking for a talented Front-End Engineer with design and engineering experience to take ownership of the customer-facing software for our ground swarm robots. This wide-ranging role will design and implement command-and-control front-end solutions for desktop and mobile platforms as well as serve as the company leader on all design-related collateral. Required qualifications Strong knowledge of ATAK and/or WinTAK plugin development (Android Studio, Java, C#, Visual Studio) Submission of design portfolio showcasing your ability to transform concepts into polished front end designs. 2+ years experience in design, wireframe, implementation, and testing of Android and/or Windows software. Experience with safety critical systems and processes. Comfort working in the high-paced, fluid environment of a tech startup Excitement about contributing to the defense of the United States and its allies Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance Ability to relocate to/work onsite in Phoenix, AZ Preferred qualifications Experience developing WebTAK software Experience developing command & control GUIs for robots Experience complying with DoD software requirements Experience interfacing with ROS2, RAS-G IOP, and/or JAUS in a DoD context A BS in CS or related field The preceding description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required for the position.
