The Front Desk Receptionist assists members and guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality.Hours: 4:00pm-9:00 pm Duties & Responsibilities: Answer and route incoming telephone calls using proper telephone etiquette to appropriate office or individual using a multi-line telephone system Welcome members and guests to the Club, provide them with information, answer any questions they may have and direct them to the location of the Club or person they need to see if applicable Check individuals coats into the coat closet, provide guests with coat check tickets and ensure the coat check area is organized and secure Basic software skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) are required Communicate professionally and effectively with members. guests and fellow coworkers Operate office equipment such as copiers, calculators, personal computers, laminators, paper cutters, or other equipment found in the front desk work area Has a working knowledge of the reservations system; takes same day and future reservations Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk area Type, proof, update, and print lunch and dinner menus Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: This role requires a high attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Ability to quickly problem solve. Strong communication skills. Microsoft Office experience is required. Powered by JazzHR
