THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members.If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you. Must be available Monday-Friday 4:30am-10:30am.RESPONSIBILITIES Greet members and visitors with a friendly smile Track daily membership attendance Sales call to leads Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach Following up with prospect leads via phone and email Manage leads within our CRM Interact with members on social media Assist in creating social media content Light administrative and cleaning duties Deliver 5-star customer service ABOUT USTHE MAX Challenge is designed to make fast and lasting changes to your appearance and overall well-being.
