Who We Are Looking For?The Franchise Business Coach will report to the VP of Operations. beem® Light Sauna is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to serve as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, offering support, advice, and training to help franchise owners maximize their business potential. The ideal candidate would be a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in franchise management, exceptional communication and financial analysis skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. What You Will Work On? Though not inclusive of all job responsibilities, the following are general expectations of the role: Relationship Management Develop and nurture robust relationships with franchisees through proactive and frequent communication channels such as calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Respond promptly to franchisees' inquiries, concerns, and needs, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding their expectations in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Financial Management Guide franchisees in agile financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies to drive sustainable profitability in a rapidly changing market. Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements, identifying areas for enhancement and providing actionable insights to support rapid growth initiatives. Business Growth Collaborate closely with franchisees to identify and capitalize on high-impact growth opportunities, aligning expansion strategies with the dynamic needs of a fast-growing startup. Drive innovation and explore new market segments or partnership opportunities to fuel accelerated business growth and market penetration. Reporting Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, including key metrics and financial indicators, and present findings to the franchisor. Provide actionable recommendations for improvements based on thorough data analysis and insights gathered from franchise operations. Perform other related duties as assigned.What You Bring to the beem® Light Sauna Team? Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience. Experience 3-5 years of experience in franchise management, business consulting, or related roles. Experience in a high-growth startup environment, experience in the health and wellness industry, or experience working with franchises preferred. Skills Strong communication skills, financial analysis skills, relationship management abilities, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting required. Strategic thinking, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with KPIs and business drivers, and experience with franchise operations and expansion preferred. Certifications Certification in franchise management, business coaching, or related areas preferred. Software Proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Experience with financial management software, CRM systems, and data analytics tools preferred. Travel Requirements Ability to travel 25 - 50% of the time for franchise meetings, training sessions, etc. Willingness to travel frequently as needed to support franchisees and attend industry events preferred.
