As an FPGA Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of a diverse range of complex FPGA projects. Their current portfolio encompasses advanced signal processing systems Image/Radio, core embedded processing systems, and safety & security critical systems. Role and Responsibilities: As an FPGA Design Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks spanning the entire FPGA design and verification cycle. Your key responsibilities will include: Crafting intricate FPGA architectures and design implementations using VHDL, Simulink, etc. targeting Xilinx, Intel, and Microsemi devices. Validating complex FPGA implementations through VHDL and System Verilog/UVM test-bench methodologies. Utilizing FPGA design toolsets and Mentor verification tools such as Questa Sim & Model Sim. Developing low-level software in C to facilitate FPGA testing and integration with the broader embedded system. Configuring and documenting designs to the highest professional standards. Collaborating as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team to successfully deliver complex FPGA-based projects. Qualifications and Skills: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills: Ideally, a degree qualification or equivalent coupled with substantial experience in FPGA development. Proficiency in VHDL language and design skills. Proficiency in verification skills using VHDL and System Verilog methodologies. Proven expertise in designing for Xilinx, Intel, or Microsemi FPGAs.
